Manage images and descriptions of collections and consignments from your phone. Create an organised central repository of all client visits, potential new items and easily share this information with the entire team.
1.
Create a new visit for the consignor to start adding new items
2.
Take an image of the item with your phone
3.
Add a title, description, including low and high estimate if known

Don't lose track of clients' items by creating a digital record during your first visit
Reduce the loss of information by keeping all items' descriptions and images in a single place. Use the application to create digital records during house calls, and stop the manual scattered bookkeeping of images and repeated entry of information.

Generate accurate up-to date item lists for smooth communication with clients and colleagues
Directly after a visit to a client, you can automatically generate an invoice-style document which lists all items discussed, together with their images. Share this list with clients or pick-up drivers so that everyone is on the same page.
Keep track of potential items for valuations and auctions before they are logged by the back office
Reduce data entry mistakes, loss of items or quickly create files to upload into the back office software, directly from your phone or tablet. This removes the need of manual re-entry of information, re-naming of files creating errors from last minute editing. Export to Excel to gain full overview and bulk editing before upload.

"That'd probably save about 1 hour per house call"
In 2025, we had the opportunity to join an auctioneer as they went on a couple of house calls. During these meetings we discovered that auctioneers are in need of better IT tools to simplify their work.
This sparked the idea to build the mobile application, which has been introduced above. Currently, we're investigating whether there is enough commercial interest in this type of product, which if confirmed would lead to further development of the project.
We're interested to speak with auctioneers, but would also be more than happy to take requests for desired functionality or other general suggestions for how to make this project a success.
If you would be interested in participating, or indeed just follow this project, please don't hesitate to get in touch, or leave your email and phone below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you for your interest in this project.
